Appointments

Practice Information

Patients are seen by appointment. We recommend scheduling routine follow up and physical appointments in advance. For patients with an acute illness or medical concern please call the office and we will schedule you for an urgent appointment.

Cancellations

We ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice to cancel a routine follow up or physical appointment.

Prescription Refills

Please allow 2 business days for prescription refills to be processed.

Referrals

Please note that we need 3 business days to process referrals. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible for referral requests.
